International shipping is calculated and paid when you ask us to ship from our Guangzhou warehouse.

Once you accept the quote, we buy at that price. If the seller changes it before we buy, we contact you to confirm first, the same way as a Taobao, Tmall or 1688 order.

How it works

Your order, step by step

  1. Paste, search or ask

    See the price when we can read it (Taobao, Tmall, 1688), or get a quote.

  2. Pay & confirm

    Pay for items, China shipping and the service fee. If the seller changes the price before we buy, we contact you to confirm first.

  3. We buy

    We place the order with the seller. It’s delivered to our Guangzhou warehouse.

  4. Inspect

    We check and photograph your item and notify you.

  5. You confirm

    Confirm the items you want. Anything you reject is not shipped.

  6. Combine

    Add items to one parcel. Support helps you choose sea or air.

  7. Pay shipping

    Pay international shipping, extras and optional insurance.

  8. Delivered

    Track your parcel to your door.

Inspection

See it before it ships

When your item arrives we check it and post photos in your account. Confirm it, or reject it. Items are shipped only after you confirm them.
