Are QC photos included?
Yes. Standard QC photos and a basic visual check are included. Extra photos, measurements or detailed checks may cost more. Basic QC does not certify authenticity or full functionality. See the service fee policy.
Can I combine parcels or forward items I bought myself?
Yes. Use your assigned warehouse details to send purchases to us, then combine eligible parcels. Free storage has a limited period; check the current storage policy and your order’s deadline.
How much does international shipping cost?
It depends on the destination, packed weight, dimensions, contents and available route. Start with the shipping calculator; the final quote follows warehouse measurement. Duties or import taxes may be charged separately.
Can you help me buy secondhand items?
Send the listing and any condition or accessory details you want us to confirm. Secondhand items are generally not eligible for returns. Confirm condition, accessories and purchase terms before buying. QC photos help you assess visible condition before international dispatch.
Can small businesses place wholesale orders?
Yes. Send your product links, quantities, variants and destination for a sourcing quote. We help with supplier communication and small wholesale purchases. Minimum quantities and purchase terms depend on the supplier.
