4. How we enforce this policy
- Product review: Shop products are published only after review against this policy, including a list of blocked brands.
- Order checks: Buy for You links and inquiries are checked against blocked brands and prohibited keywords. Orders that match cannot be placed.
- Forwarding forecasts: when you forecast a parcel, you must confirm that it contains no prohibited items. Forecasts with item names that match prohibited keywords are blocked.
- Warehouse checks: our warehouse staff check incoming goods. If we find a prohibited item, we mark the parcel as an exception, do not ship it and notify you. We will contact you about the next steps for the item, which depend on its nature and applicable law.
- Country availability: products that cannot be sold to the country of your delivery address are blocked at checkout. Shop products are available only for delivery in the country of the warehouse that holds them. You can remove the blocked product or convert it into an inquiry.
- Shipping Calculator: goods types that we cannot ship, such as items containing batteries and liquids, are not offered as options.
5. Your responsibility

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly breach this policy, and we may report illegal items to the relevant authorities where required by law.
