Shop from local warehouses
Our Shop offers selected products held in stock at warehouses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Germany. Each order ships locally from the warehouse in the customer’s own country, which keeps delivery straightforward. Every product is reviewed before it is published.
Buy for You
Paste a product link from Taobao, Tmall or 1688 and see the product details and price straight away, without signing in. We buy the item for you at the price shown when you order; if the seller changes the price before we buy, we contact you to confirm first. For JD.com, Pinduoduo and other platforms, paste the link and our team will send you a quote.
We add no mark-up to the product price. Our service fee is a percentage of the order value, from 15% on smaller orders down to 6% on orders of US$200 or more, and covers purchasing, basic inspection, free storage, consolidation and customer service.
Forwarding from China
Already bought from a seller in China? Send it to our Guangzhou warehouse using your personal customer code. We receive it, combine it with your other items and ship it to you. Forwarding has no service fee: you pay only for shipping, plus any optional services you choose.
Warehouse services in Guangzhou
Our Guangzhou warehouse is run by experienced warehouse staff. We receive and inspect your goods, take photos you can view in your account, store them free of charge and consolidate them into one parcel, with no limit on the number or weight of items. Reinforced packaging is free. Extra photos and priority handling are available as add-ons, and you can add optional shipping insurance when you pay for your parcel.

How it works
- Find it. Browse the Shop, paste a product link, upload a product list or send us an inquiry.
- Order it. Pay securely by card, an online payment or digital wallet option, or bank transfer, in USD, GBP, EUR, JPY or CAD.
- Check it. For goods bought or received in China, we inspect and photograph each item, and you decide what to keep before anything is shipped.
- Ship it. Combine your items into one parcel. Our customer service team helps you choose between air and sea shipping, and you pay for shipping once the parcel is packed and weighed.
- Track it. Follow every order, parcel and inquiry in your account, with email updates along the way.
